The Dolomites are full of surprises. You never know what you will find on the other side of the path. Sometimes a cloud, a marmot or a spot of flowers.
Sometimes a sign which is showing you that the hut is only in theoretically…2 hours. Sometimes you arrive on the top of the pass only for discovering that your path doesn’t go down, as you hoped, but up again. The Dolomites are about many ups and downs and hiking in the company of butterflies.
And always about a hut waiting for you at the end of the day.
